Our goal is creating the best dining experience possible, but we can't do it alone. Our network of suppliers plays a key role and we want to recognize them here. These are our thoughts:

Italfood: "They are the bridge for us to go to Italy." If it isn't available locally, we try to use them. Some of our favorites include Burrata, Prosciutto di Parma, and  crudo olive oil.

Dirty Girl Produce: Dirty Girl Produce is a local organic farm we use for most of our produce, and use all of the crops they grow. Not only do we believe they have the best dry farmed tomatoes around, but we make their Dry Farmed Tomato Sauce.

Ledyard Company: Ledyard is the last local company that can handle all of a restaurant's needs. They fit into our philosophy because they are local, and we enjoy using them.

Facciola Meat company: Facciola provides us with naturally fed & antibiotic free, just the meats we like.
